Help and FAQs Our most frequently asked questions answered: Are Famous Memorabilia products authentic? We go to extreme lengths to guarantee authenticity on all signed pieces made available to you in our high street stores and online store. Every individual piece sold will have been obtained through recognised, authorised Famous Memorabilia suppliers or through signing sessions arranged by Famous Memorabilia or its agents. All of our signed products are guaranteed authentic. We are NOT a Limited company. Famous Memorabilia is a wholly owed trademark of Aleksiyiva & Bean Associates.
Is the product in stock?
Famous Memorabilia carries the largest range of signed memorabilia in the UK and Europe, with all stock listed for sale owned by Famous Memorabilia. We have made every effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and all information is updated regularly. We take great care to ensure website accuracy but occasionally services and facilities may change or be withdrawn and information may change. All items listed online are normally in stock, although stock levels can be subject to change due to in-store sales. The shipping cost and delivery time is automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page before you are committed to purchase. A signature will be required on receipt so please ensure someone is available at the delivery address entered when ordering. There are items for sale in some of our stores that are not currently shown on the website and we may also be able to obtain certain items for you to order. How long will delivery take? We aim to deliver all stocked items within7 working days in the UK. Christmas orders will be sent out by next day courier. We cannot guarantee web orders after the 22ndDecember will be delivered in time for 24th December. It is therefore best to call one of branches to check stock availability; you can find our store contact details by clicking here The dispatch time for a product is indicated on the basket and checkout pages. Selected items such as rare collectors pieces, may take longer to recover from a Famous Memorabilia store to quality check and then dispatch. A signature will be required on receipt, so please ensure someone is available at the delivery address entered when ordering. An order confirmation email is automatically sent to you upon receipt and acceptance of your order online. We also send a dispatch confirmation email to you confirming that your order has been passed to our shipping partners ready for delivery to your chosen delivery address. Our shipping partners deliver Monday to Saturday, between 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 12.30pm on Saturday.
